In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jil998", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jil998 platform accessible at https://jil998.cam and all associated services, products, and features.
• "Platform" means the jil998 website, mobile web application, and any related software or services provided by jil998 to registered players.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the jil998 Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the jil998 Platform.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the sole operating currency of jil998.

jil998 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

To participate in real-money gaming on jil998, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jil998 is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address dated within 90 days, and, where applicable, proof of source of funds.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date. jil998 will not be liable for failed communications, delayed payments, or other consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

jil998 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of jil998.

The minimum deposit amount at jil998 is ₱50 for e-wallet transactions and ₱100 for bank transfers and over-the-counter payments. Maximum deposit limits may be set by jil998 or by the player's chosen payment provider and may vary by payment method and account verification level.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jil998 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source, and the jil998 account may be suspended pending investigation.

jil998 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or conversion charges for which jil998 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests at jil998 are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your jil998 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. The maximum single withdrawal amount may be subject to limits based on your account verification level and payment method.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes during business hours and within one (1) hour at other times. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are processed within thirty (30) minutes; PesoNet transfers within one (1) banking day.
• jil998 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual betting patterns have been detected.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of your real-money balance if the wagering requirement has not been fulfilled.

jil998 reserves the right to delay or suspend processing of a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

jil998 offers various promotional bonuses to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless specified otherwise in the promotion's individual terms, the following general rules apply to all jil998 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the jil998 Platform, place bets, or exploit games or promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or code underpinning the jil998 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit multiplayer game mechanics.
• Using jil998 accounts or the payment infrastructure for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
• Chargebacks initiated fraudulently against jil998 through your payment provider.
• Posting or transmitting any defamatory, abusive, threatening, or offensive content through any jil998 communication channel.

jil998 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaging in prohibited activities, to forfeit all balances therein, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

jil998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling within its player community. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress. jil998 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced in real time. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

jil998's aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their jil998 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil998 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable. jil998 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

All content on the jil998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio and video clips, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jil998 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil998 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of jil998.

jil998 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jil998 will notify registered players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice displayed within the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jil998 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jil998 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jil998 customer support to resolve disputes informally. jil998 commits to acknowledging all written complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter, players may also direct their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
